Its not everyday that you seen a MK5 GTI lowered to the perfect ride height and its also not everyday that you see one dirty as all hell. What happened when this owner installed D2 Racing on his car? He ended up driving more than he ever thought. Places where he used to walk to became a quick drive. Walk to class? Drive. Get the mail? Drive. Walk to the park? Drive. Not only did this D2 Racing coilover system make this MK5 GTI drive better, it made the owner drive more. Good stuff!

With the Corner Eight Sport Suspension on this S14, this S14 owner achieved the drop he was looking for at a price that couldn’t be beat. With adjustable damper and height settings, this S14 was dialed in, in no time!

Match up D2 Racing coilovers with great wheels for the full effect.

D2 Racing coilovers will get you there in style with more responsive and sportier handling.
Sponsored by CarShopUSA, this E46 3-series has the 36-way adjustable D2 Racing coilovers running w/ the VMR Wheels V710s. For the street or for the track, D2 Racing gives your car great handling and the perfect ride height.

Another amazing HD video w/ drifting scenes too. Hats off to the guys at Microsoft and Turn 10 for putting together another amazing driving simulator. If Forza 2 wasn’t enough to make you buy the $100 steering wheel, this one might. The crisp graphics along with the new cars will get game buyers out in droves. We won’t be surprised if this game stays sold out for a few weeks, but at the same time, Microsoft should be smarter than letting something like that happen. One hallmark of sports car fanatics has been BMWs, which in recently years have been only available in the game sparingly. The new footage shows an E92 M3 among many new cars. We can’t wait to let the modding begin. The automotive aftermarket should reap some huge benefits from this game. These guys are sure to team up with the aftermarket tuners like they did in Forza 2. All we can say is wow x 3 for Forza 3.

Its summer time and you’re in the market for a new car. Manufacturers are throwing incentives left and right and you’re looking for the best deal possible. If you do any commuting, its probably no surprise to you that gas prices have been rising at a steady rate over the last few weeks. If you’re a point A to B person, you’ve probably got your eyes on a Toyota Prius or a Honda Insight. If you have a little more hair on your chest, you’re probably thinking those V8s are going to be an easier bargain at the dealer lot. But then you look over and see the Jetta TDI and the BMW 335d. 40+ mpg for a little bit more. Gobs of low end torque and a gas tank that lets you forget where the gas stations are…is this your answer?

The time has come and while this post is way late to be even relevant, its just our final 2 cents on something we all saw coming. Bankruptcy, re-structuring, sell-off of toxic assets…are we seeing a pattern here? GM most certainly had their chance, but like most big companies that succumb to their size, even the eight hundred pound gorilla can fall. With so many jobs on the line and so many people’s livelihoods at stake, it is baffling how a company with such rich history and such economies of scale could blow it so badly. With the government behind it though, maybe the Corvette with get faster, stronger, cheaper, and sleeker. Chevy is all GM has going for it. This next chapter is going to be pretty interesting.
At the 24h, Audi R8’s showed a strong performance despite being scattered throughout the field. Make sure you watch it in HQ mode!

Titanium Package to the Next Level
The perfect ride from the factory just got a little better. Now that the B8 A4’s are out, the B7 A4 guys are finally getting into the mod frenzy mood. Starting with wheels and suspension, this car FWD or Quattro takes to the streets much faster than the B6 with the upgrade from 1.8T to 2.0T. Small change in displacement, big change in fun factor. New wheels by VMR Wheels pictured above. The V709s take on a new dimension to the original OEM look by adding more aggresive spokes and more colors to choose from – all pro’s in our book. To get the right squat, this owner has decided to go with D2 Racing coilovers for the best bang for the buck performance.
