Return/Cancellation Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days only if uninstalled and in re-sellable condition. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. A 20% Restocking Fee applies for all returns received after 30 days of purchase delivery. Orders may be cancelled if an item is determined to be on back order. Orders can be cancelled up until they are shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been shipped from our distribution facility.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via either UPS or Fedex Ground for all orders within the United States. Freight for international orders are calculated and carriers are selected on an ad hoc basis.

Orders for all in stock products generally ship within 24-48 hours. In the event that an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email with the option of canceling your order at no additional charge.
